We went here on Sunday 3-9-25 around 6pm, a bit of a wait but they were somewhat busy. Once we got home, there was some missing so when my wife called, the girl on the phone was rude and unprofessional. I got a response from the manager a couple days later after complaining and he assured me the staff would be better trained and gave me an offer to give them another chance. I will try again and give a better review if deserved; the food we did get was very good

First of all, I want to say that Colton gave us five star service at the register. I would say the rest of the experience was poor. Very slow service. Just based on that, I’m not sure my wife would ever want to go back. Plus there were charges on the bill like a 3% employee benefit not explained to us. We should’ve had an option to know that before we committed. But there were also other charges. Plus they asked for a tip before you even get service so you tip and then you get bad service. Before the pandemic, I had eaten here quite a few times and really liked it but the service now is not worth the trip in. That’s too bad because their food is pretty good.

I order pretty regularly with no issues. But this time I got the wrong sauces, the ranch and jalapeño ranch is watered down and dull, and all the veggies in the bag are obviously old and ready to be tossed. 0/10 this time wing shack.

You charge me extra fees on my receipt without telling me or without having a clear display of this fee before I purchase my food then when I ask you about the fee, you tell me there’s nothing you can do about it. There’s no number to call. there’s no managers to talk to on a corporate line. You’re just scan this QR code that supposed to explain to me what the fee is for, but if I don’t want you to charge me a certain amount of money that should be my right you shouldn’t say hey there’s nothing you can do about it. We’re gonna steal your 3% hell no I will never eat there again and the service was very slow. I waited about 30 minutes for some chicken nuggets.

I ordered a large order through their website for delivery because I had a time crunch with my work schedule. The website did not allow me to put in my lot number so I called the store to add this detail which they confirmed. My delivery driver text me a picture they were at a different place. I pinned the driver my location and gave very detailed directions. I have never had any issues with anyone else finding my place .The driver text again saying they don't speak English even though they were messaging me in English. I told the driver again where to go. They sent me a pic to the wrong spot again. Long story short I ended up having to meet the driver at a different location to pick up my food after 30 minutes of texting. I thought I was meeting Laura which turned out to be a Hispanic man who spoke perfect English. If I wanted to pick up my own order I would have set it up that way. Definitely was sketchy and not very safe feeling. Not to mention the wings were dry and barely any sauce on them and cold by the time i finally got my order. Definitely disappointed in this and will never order again. Very frustrating experience.
Ordered my food at 5:30 pm they told me wait time would be a hour didn’t get my food till 8 pm I get it’s a busy night but you don’t tell some one it’s 1 hour wait time and then keep telling them it’s almost done after I asked for my money back multiple times they just kept telling me another 5 minutes ended up waiting another 20 so in totally Waited 2 hours for 20 wings and a fry when if you knew how long it would be you should relay that to the customer not keep them waiting I would of took my refund and went on the way

My family loves wing shack! We went early and got some. Matthew helped get our food out 10 min early with delivering it to my car since my littles were sleeping. Excellent service!
