I genuinely cannot believe the circus I just experienced. I ordered delivery through their own app, paid for everything, and somehow still ended up with no extra ranch, no drink, and a meal that arrived SOAKED in fryer oil like it took a relaxing spa day in hot grease. I opened the bag and thought I was being pranked. And instead of owning it, they had the nerve to blame the DoorDash driver and act like he stole the ranch and the drink… as if he said, “Yeah, forget the food, lemme risk my job for a $1.25 ranch cup.” Be serious. Then—THEN—they told me they won’t give me a refund, only a store credit I have to use within 10 days. So I’m supposed to roll the dice again and hope my next meal doesn’t arrive floating like a deep-fried life raft? This whole experience was so chaotic I honestly need a refund for my time, sanity, AND appetite.
I don’t even know where to BEGIN with this disaster of an order. The extra ranch I PAID FOR? Vanished. The drink? Missing in action. And the food showed up drenched in enough fryer oil to lube a whole NASCAR race. I couldn’t tell if I ordered a meal or an oil change.
And the best part? They refuse to give me a refund. Nope. All I get is a “credit” that I have to use within 10 days, meaning I’m supposed to gamble AGAIN on receiving something that doesn’t come swimming in mystery grease? Be serious.
If I wanted disappointment and chaos, I’d text my ex. At least that’s free.

Always good. Just make sure you double check your orders. They don't always give all flats or drums when ordered that way and don't always cook well done as requested. I hate to bring that up, but when I pay extra for something I like to get it. Other than that they are A+ always

I use to order wingstop everyday before i moved to pensilvania which over there they have no wingstop. I was so excited to come back to my hometown and have my favorite food, they always made everything so seasoned and tasty just perfect. Yet it was my birthday today and my 40 dollars worth of food was barley flavorful my hot honey rub didnt have any flavor of honey like how it did before, my original hot had no color showing there was barley any hot sauce and my garlic parm had a sprinkle of parmesean...such a bummer. Their ranch is as good as always tho and the voodoo fries were amazing. I wish they would also get rid of additives id be top tier customer.

Let me say the staff was friendly, but that’s the only positive thing. I have ordered Louisiana Rub(rub = dry not wet) many many times at various Wingstops. I go here and I get my order wet and the staff explains that is how they are prepared. I disagree and that’s incorrect, dry rub wings are not meant to be prepared or eaten wet unless you dip them in say ranch. Again, I commend the staff on a civil discussion, but they need to be trained on how to prepare their own menu item. I mean, the menu in the store clearly describes the item as does their website and it is not common to have a location go cavalier and prepare the item their own way(I was told this is how it is done at this location).

Customer service needs some work, I got a 20pc combo and an extra buffalo fry and a bunch of sauces. They forgot my large fry and when I called and asked for a refund I received hesitation and then “it’s only going to be a $1 or $2” instead of doing the right thing and just refunding me for the buffalo fry for the inconvenience. I live across town and I’m not coming back for just a fry. Disappointing.

I am very bummed! I just tried wing stop for the first time ever after watching everyone eating it and it looking amazing on social media all the time. I got tenders and the corn.. all lacked flavor to the point that I couldn’t tell hot honey, Mexican street corn and Nashville hot apart… looks like no seasoning on them other than they were all sitting in a puddle of unflavored liquid? I honestly want a refund, this is ridiculous.
My delivery driver was communicative and fast, so props to him at least.

The food is always great at wing stop. But to see only two people running shop tonight with 6-8 orders pending and multiple people waiting for their order- this manager should be ashamed. You lead by example, if people don’t show get yourself in there and help your team. Those two kids were getting overrun with customers yet still doing the best they could and being polite. I wish I knew their names because I’d shout them out. Two people on a Thursday night. Total. Not just cooking or manning registers. Just two employees.

Wings were soggy. Over sauced. Took a bit of time but the employees were kind. Prices have really increased.
The food was okay. But the guy running the place on 6/8 was very professional! Hats off to him, especially these days when the youth are so lazy.
It takes a long time for the food even though the store is not busy. Not enough employees working there. This is not the first time.
The tea machine literally has mold on it and the fountain machine clearly hasn’t been cleaned in months. Real wing lovers will never go to Wingstop they have crappy wings
