Wings were soggy. Over sauced. Took a bit of time but the employees were kind. Prices have really increased.

The tea machine literally has mold on it and the fountain machine clearly hasn’t been cleaned in months. Real wing lovers will never go to Wingstop they have crappy wings

Im not sure if the person who prepared my food just had a weird sense of humor or what, but there is literally a pound of parmesan on my food, no garlic flavor. My fries taste like someone put sugar on them? Pretty terrible experience. They didn’t screw up my ice tea!

They were slammed and the orders took 25+minutes to come up. I can't rate them so low as they were working their wings off trying to get this dinner rush filled. Will definitely visit again and 🤞 they won't be so slammed next time

This is the third time that they have messed up my order in some way. This time I asked for mostly flats, this was on the phone speaking to someone. They doubled checked and asked how many. Then said yes, okay but it would take longer. I arrived about 10min.s past original time. Waited another 8min.s. when I got home, it was the opposite. So after 40min.s (of original time) the order was wrong. 1person in the house eats the drums, my kid will not, nor I (teeth/texture issue).

Been a customer here for years and never had an experience as bad as tonight. Ordered takeout and it wasnt ready for 20 minutes after specified time. Staff were not wearing gloves or practicing any food safety. Food was sloppy and being thrown around. The staff were unprofessional and frankly not competent. For the money and service WingShack is right across the street and much better.

Ordered pickup, was not ready for 20 minutes after pickup time. We watched the crew throwing food around that we ended up with. They couldn’t handle any sort of business at all and it showed in the quality and service. We didn’t even get drinks that were already paid for. All around pretty bad experience.

Food was ok... Not as spicy as advertised. Mango habanero was good! Big time communication barrier. Tried to order online, system wouldn't take the promo code. Called the location, no habla English...... Went to the Loveland location. Not one employee spoke fluent English. Not even the manager. Grub hub people couldn't even get their drinks.... After about 15 minutes with my very poor Spanish finally placed an order for my family. Fries were cold as t the counter, had to ask for our dipping sauces again,(and they didn't care) this was was a bad experience. Note to owner, please at least have one employee that speaks English!!!! And actually knows how to use the computers for ordering!!! I know good help can be hard to find, but come on.... Seriously? Frickin McDonald's can at least find people that speak English and can take an order....
I used to love coming to this location—it was my go-to for wings. Sadly, things have really changed. The fries not only look different, but the taste is off as well. As for the wings, they’ve become rubbery and lack that satisfying crunch and flavor they used to have. I gave it a few chances, hoping it was just a bad day, but after multiple tries, the quality hasn’t improved. Unfortunately, I’ll be moving on from this store. Disappointing to see a favorite spot go downhill.

Had me waiting 20 minutes past the expected time. Didnt announce when my order was done, so i was just sitting there waiting for no reason. Was trying to pick uo something quick, and it made me late.
That being said, chicken was very good.
