Been a customer here for years and never had an experience as bad as tonight. Ordered takeout and it wasnt ready for 20 minutes after specified time. Staff were not wearing gloves or practicing any food safety. Food was sloppy and being thrown around. The staff were unprofessional and frankly not competent. For the money and service WingShack is right across the street and much better.

Ordered pickup, was not ready for 20 minutes after pickup time. We watched the crew throwing food around that we ended up with. They couldn’t handle any sort of business at all and it showed in the quality and service. We didn’t even get drinks that were already paid for. All around pretty bad experience.

Not as spicy as advertised. Mango habanero was good!
Big time communication barrier. Tried to order online, system wouldn't take the promo code.
Called the location, no habla English......
Went to the Loveland location. Not one employee spoke fluent English. Not even the manager. Grub hub people couldn't even get their drinks....
After about 15 minutes with my very poor Spanish finally placed an order for my family.
Fries were cold as t the counter, had to ask for our dipping sauces again,(and they didn't care) this was was a bad experience.
Note to owner, please at least have one employee that speaks English!!!!
And actually knows how to use the computers for ordering!!! I know good help can be hard to find, but come on.... Seriously?
Frickin McDonald's can at least find people that speak English and can take an order....

I used to love coming to this location—it was my go-to for wings. Sadly, things have really changed. The fries not only look different, but the taste is off as well. As for the wings, they’ve become rubbery and lack that satisfying crunch and flavor they used to have. I gave it a few chances, hoping it was just a bad day, but after multiple tries, the quality hasn’t improved. Unfortunately, I’ll be moving on from this store. Disappointing to see a favorite spot go downhill.

Don’t bother ordering online and showing up when it says it will be ready. They are always behind and have never have items ready on time. Door dash and delivery kill this place. Get your wings somewhere else.

Had me waiting 20 minutes past the expected time. Didnt announce when my order was done, so i was just sitting there waiting for no reason. Was trying to pick uo something quick, and it made me late.

That being said, chicken was very good.

Holy cow talk about confusing behind the register! No one could figure out how to get my Amex to go thru, Hispanic guy with a thick accent kept telling me to put my pin into the card reader ha ha ha credit cards don’t use pin, possibly the zip. Only debit cards have pins but he was very persistent on the dang pin. Spent $50 bucks here and I felt ripped off due to horrible service, had to explain my order 4 times and still they messed it up. This little wing stop screwed it up for me ever returning to this chain store.

Food was good and staff were friendly, but the restaurant was really dirty… the drink machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in forever and the bathroom was disgusting.. I never understood places that are too lazy to put the new roll in the dispenser. They also do not have paper towels in the bathroom which I hated because then I had to touch the dirty door handle on my way out defeating the purpose of washing my hands before eating. The silverware station was overflowing with trash and there were a lot of sticky substances everywhere.. on the tables, chairs, floors… If they keep their dining room dirty… image what the kitchen looks like.

I was a bit weary of eating my food, but we spent a lot so we did and it was good but I was still a bit grossed out by the condition of the restaurant…

I placed an online order and shortly before it was to be delivered, they canceled it, I tried to call the store to ask why and confirm a refund and the automated system was very difficult and when I did get to being on hold to talk to a person, they hung up on me. Card is still on my credit card

I had an online order that was supposed to take 16-21 minutes. When I arrived 21 minutes after the order was placed they told me they needed 7 more minutes which was fine but then 7 minutes turned into 20 minutes. As I was waiting for the food I saw 2 out of the 3 people working eating on the line. Eating while preparing the food is unacceptable. I didn’t see either of them wash their hands afterward. They were just eating wings in between filling orders. GROSS!

I’m super disappointed to leave this review because I love Wingstop in general, but my first experience ordering from this location has been anything but great. Side note: I’m pregnant and I was craving this HARDCORE. I doordashed an order nearly two hours ago for an order of mild wings, fries, and a drink. I paid for express delivery so I know this was the only order my dasher had. I received the order pretty quick but as soon as I looked in the bag NONE of my food was in there. I received corn and voodoo fries. Definitely somebody else’s order. Ok fine mistakes happen. I get my refund and re-place my order but add some things to it because my fiancé wanted food too for when he gets off work. Great. I received the food ten mins ago STARVING and ready to dig in. I open the box of wings and I’m left face to face with 10 of the most sauceless wings I have ever seen come out of a Wingstop. They barely even have the sauce’s color on them. Hormones are raging at this point and I want to cry. All I wanted were good wings to satisfy a craving. Hoping it was just a one time fluke but too disheartened to go back anytime soon.

I ordered my meal today. Everything was wrong. It sucks that I order my kids food that can’t be spicy at all and not receive their food. We asked for plain corn and go seasoned. I called and no one picked up today. It is so frustrating. How can you run a business without picking up your phone. I waited on hold for 27 minutes. I got proof of that.
