Don't waste your money ordering from this Wingstop. While the wings are usually good, they will never get your order 100% correct. Often times it's a missing flavor or the wings are made wrong, but this last time is the final straw. Got wings delivered, half of my order doesn't arrive and they tell me they can either offer me a refund in a few days or they can make more and I have to come get them. Overlooking small issues is one thing, but I'm tired of something always being wrong with fairly expensive food.

I waited 45 mins for 20 wings in the store after watching some punk cook put 3 of his friends huge orders infront of mine when they ordered multiple mins after me. So unprofessional and ridiculous. I was told it would be 15 mins and i was the only other person in the store waiting. Management should be embarrassed.

I had a good experience here I had 100 dollar order the female was pretty nice running register and the young bro that was cooking and handling a lot of the work kept calm after i mistakes myself on my order and he had it right kept very calm and also live in Estes forgot my cell phone after the situation and he kept it locked up and under his watch and very respectful I hope this gets to him and his boss and hope he does exceed in his job nah really person to do reviews but I felt this was one to leave for bro✅?

Never fails. Always hot, fries are amazing, the people there are super nice. I just wish they were a little bit better at answering their phones or posting holiday hours. Definitely recommend the mango habanero wings, boneless or bone-in. I've never eaten in the restaurant, so I can't attest to any of that, but I can say that the carry-out food is better than bdubs. They also have the best honey mustard on earth.

Like is an understatement. I LOVE wingstop, I’ve only ever ordered from this location and let me tell you every single time the food was SPOT ON! you can’t go wrong with any flavor really. The food is always done in a timely manner and comes out nice, fresh, and accurate! Bathrooms always seem to be up-kept which is also a plus.

These guys forgot to put a top bun on my sandwich! I had to drive all the way back down to get one. French fries were soggy, nothing was hot, and it took 45 minutes to get my food. Not counting the time took to drive back and forth to fix my order and get it back home.
Done ordering from here. Always screw things up. From now on it’s wing shack across the street or BWW. Ordered food at 4:30 for a Scheduled pickup at 5:30. Showed up at 5:20. Food was cold. I live less than a mile from the restaurant once home I tested it with meat thermometer and it was only 86 degrees. Tested not even 5 mins from leaving store.

Was here on a Tuesday night with a couple friends, no one was here but a couple other customers and there was only one purple hair girl working. She deserves 5 stars but there was no one here to help her. We waited over 45 min to get food.

This is usually a solid Wingstop, but they have recently hired a bunch of teenage kids and the quality and service has taken a massive hit, in more recent times I’ve gone my wings are cold, my order is wrong, and they take forever to put out mediocre food. The people working there have little personal hygiene, they stink and look dirty, I’ve also seen them use a rag to clean in and around the sauces that is caked in old sauces and stained !! I never got a receipt or else I would be doing a survey. The manager Travis always has his hair untamed and smells. Nobody I’ve seen working has gloves while handling food.
