Absolutely love the huge amount of ways you can customize every drink! One of the few coffee places in town that always get my alternative milks correct too. The inside is spacious and cozy, great for getting work done or meeting with friends. The staff is very cheery and happy to accommodate any requests, even for four legged friends!

This will be my last time at Ziggiās. I have been going to the Split Rock location for years but clearly there is a management problem with the high turn over. The employees are friendly but with a new face every time I go, something is always wrong with the order. Yesterday, it was a Gold Rush with no caramel (I could tell something was wrong just by looking at it) a half toasted bagel in a wet bag that I had to ask them to toast some more and a Renegade rush that had no flavor except the Red Bull. Today, the girl in the drive through told me you donāt carry 2% milk and never have. I told her Iāve always asked for that and she said āstrange.ā What was I being given this whole time if you donāt have 2%? I order a white mocha(with whole milk), only to make the mistake of not trying it until I get home. AGAIN, NO flavor or whip cream. It tastes like black coffee with milk. You guys charge way too much to be making consistent mistakes on basic orders. Either your syrup bottles are all empty or someone thinks they have the recipes down and are just winging it. I recommend to your customers to try your drinks and food BEFORE you leave the restaurant or drive through window. With all of the other optionsā¦Dutch Bros, Scooters, Starbucks etc, spending $7 on a black coffee with a splash of whole milk isnāt justifiable.

This by far is the best ziggis location. I drive an extra 15 min out of the way and pass at least 6 different coffee locations including another ziggis to go here. The food and drinks are always amazing. But most of all the staff at this location are always the best!

They had substitutions but ran out of common items. They repeatedly get my order wrong everytime and my friends orders wrong at this location.

The coffee is good but expensive. A large coffee is over $7. I stood in the lobby waiting for one large coffee for 25 minutes. This place is under staffed big time. I will not return. Just think about it. That's $50 a week, $200 a month over $2400 a year. That does not include a tip.

I ordered 6 drinks this afternoon. The sign in the drive thru clearly stated buy one get one between 2-6, we were there around 4. When I realized my total was 49 dollars we asked the lady at the window was the buy one get one applied? She stated that it wasn't applied because we didn't ask for the bogo. You have a sign in the drive thru it didn't state you must ask for it to be applied, false advertisement...I think so. She also didn't apply my reward points. I've been going to zggis for a long time, I've recommended you guys to a lot of people. Unfortunately ripping your customers off is NOT good business!
