Cassie is one of the reasons we love coming to this Ziggi’s Coffee. She’s always warm, friendly, and makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk in. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the customers — she remembers names, orders, and always takes the time to say hello with a smile.
Her customer service is consistently great, and it really makes a difference in our day. It’s not easy to find people who bring that kind of positive energy to their work, and Cassie does it effortlessly.
Ziggi’s is lucky to have her. If you stop by and she’s working, you’re in good hands!

This location cannot get their drive through figured out. Every time I come, I spend 15-20 minutes in the drive through and am late to wherever I’m going. I’ll have to stop coming because the service is so poor. With respect, please figure this out.

The coffee and danishes were great. Our attendant was very friendly but definitely lacked a sense of urgency. I would assume many morning coffee consumers are in a bigger hurry. Furthermore, I leave my bank sticker on my debit card to differentiate between cards at a glance. She had the AUDACITY to remove my sticker. I felt that it was very bold and seriously rude.

I usually go to starbucks for the app convenience, but this was on my way this morning so I decided to try it. IT WAS PHENOMENAL! Much much better latte than starbucks. They have so many flavor choices that most coffee shops don't have. I got a cherry almond latte and i can't stop thinking about how good it was. I've also tried the lavender latte before and it is also very good. I'm gonna start going out of my way to go here. I also love how many gluten free food options there are 🥰 keep up the fantastic work!

All due respect, Ziggi's - please figure it out. Early afternoon yesterday, I spent nearly 15 minutes in the drive-thru, although I was pleased to order a caramel macchiato no whip and receive the caramel drizzle with the beans on top. I ordered ahead today and no whip, which I wanted, but no caramel drizzle - and the inconsistency with beans on top. Same last week. The inconsistency is maddening. I will give one star for friendly employees and one for the potential for delicious beverages. This is why I stop going to Ziggi's for months at a time - at some point I feel like giving them a shot again, to find nothing changed, their service is subpar, and I wasn't missing out on anything.

I go here all the time, but occasionally my 32 oz drink isnt full, makes me wonder why I pay the extra 2 dollars for the increased size only to not get more drink.
