I got a 20 ounce blended Americano and was charged $9.20 . I talked to the barista they said all the charges were correct and that she didn’t make the prices. Think I’ll look for a different coffee shop.

Great little stop to get coffee. The parking lot is a little confusing, but in the grand scheme of things that doesn't really matter. Our drinks were great and we're reasonably priced. Service was super friendly.

Ever since the alphabet soup this company has gone downhill drastically and prices have gone up. I avoid this place because every time I have gone here they mess up every drink when you complain about it you are told "that is how they make the drink" I have been told if I order light ice I will only be receiving half a drink. . . Unless you like poorly made drinks cold food and unpleasant customer service avoid this place

Overall, it is really good, affordable coffee. My ONLY complaint is that I'm not able to modify the amount of sweetness on the matcha drink, since I like my drinks half sweet, and the matcha latte is a little on the sweeter side. I like the fact that you get double the points on Tuesdays.

What happened to my favorite coffee place? This the 4th time in a row I have been let down. Are the machines not working correctly? I order just a black coffee and seriously it tastes like day old coffee and it is not even hot. The people are sweet but something is not like it used to be.
