We were invited to Oskar Blues Grill & Brew 8/21/25 by the bride & groom for a pre-wedding meet up of out-of-town guests. They picked a great spot. We sat on the front porch. There is also an inside bar & dining area And another larger room in the back. The bartender Brett H. was friendly and helpful as we navigated their great beer selection of 7 Oskar Blues Beers & 6 Dale's Pale Ales (their first beer). Apps & lunches were had by all. We had Chicharonnes ($9) w/ hot sauce for dipping & Chicken Caesar salad ($16). I enjoyed their OB Mama's Little Pils ($7.25/pint). I had their very good Dale's Ale previously. We stopped in again on Sat 8/2325 after our all day visit to nearby Rocky Mountain National Park. Exploring is thirsty work. Very relaxing atmosphere for our afternoon visit. Hours: 11am-2am, much different than the other Colorado places we visited that all closed at 9pm. Highly recommended after our first visit. Thanks again to Brett H. & the rest of Oskar's staff. I’ve been here several times and usually really enjoy it, but this visit was disappointing. Our waitress was surprisingly unfriendly, which set the tone for the meal. The salmon in my salad was overcooked and dry, and overall, the food just lacked its usual spark. On a positive note, the fried pickles and fish & chips were both great! I’ll definitely give it another try, but I’m a little concerned that the warm, small-town hospitality I’ve always loved here seems to be fading.

Max was awesome and cracked us up. Great service and the smoked wings are the best!

Stopped in on our way back down from Estes. Fast service, delicious food (jambalaya and french dip sandwich), and tasty beer. Even though they were busy, we were seated and served quickly. Great location and plenty of parking too.

First time here and had a lovely experience. Max our server was attentive, took time to
Chat about the restaurant and gave advice on the various bands that play at this venue. The fish and chips were hands down the best i

Jenny is a great server and recommended the exquisitely delicious Trustafarian Burger... the goat cheese was rich and creamy. The IPA samples were also tasty. Will be back...
