G'knight Pretzel

We were invited to Oskar Blues Grill & Brew 8/21/25 by the bride & groom for a pre-wedding meet up of out-of-town guests. \n They picked a great spot. We sat on the front porch. I’ve been here several times and usually really enjoy it, but this visit was disappointing. Our waitress was surprisingly unfriendly, which set the tone for the meal. The salmon in my salad was overcooked and dry, and overall, the food just lacked its usual spark.\n\nOn a positive note, the fried pickles and fish & chips were both great! Stopped in on our way back down from Estes. Fast service, delicious food (jambalaya and french dip sandwich), and tasty beer. Even though they were busy, we were seated and served quickly. Great location and plenty of parking too.
