Thanks for the extra steps I need to take now to deposit the cash back into the account. Definitely helped make this holiday season less stressful. Reason given was corporate office decision. You are the Northern corporate office. Since my cash is so concerning I will make sure I stop tipping with it too.

They have a promotion going. Get a $25 gift card get a free drink. So I bought $75 in gift cards and had to pay for my drink. They said there has to be a gift card bought for exactly $25 instead of my 6 ten dollar cards and 1 fifteen card. Really?? Every year I go to this location to buy gift cards for work people and every year there is always something that happens. I really try to support more local spots but heading to Starbucks for the rest of the cards I need

Ziggi’s will forever be my favorite coffee/energy spot!! I have been to locations all across Colorado, and they all have the best service, and tastiest drinks compared to other chains.
Energy infusions are something that a lot of those chains struggle to get right, and Ziggi’s has perfected. The “just peachy” is my favorite, and adding glitter this time is so fun.

My friend and I absolutely love the floated dirty sodas. There's been some issues, but nothing big. Just obviously can't read a simple ticket. Have had issues with Door Dash, but again, only because Ziggi's can't read a simple ticket. We pay extra for floated and each drink we get is $9.00. We go several times a week. But due to another issue with them not being able to read, the manager got very nasty and said we should go elsewhere. Horrible behavior, especially a manager. She wouldn't hush and listen. Really upset her when she handed us our drinks, and they weren't made right!!! We don't order complicated drinks. But to give so much business, making a simple issue into a disrespectful encounter, was a terrible choice. To be extremely nasty with a paying customer was more than uncalled for. It's a simple issue... Learn to read. I shouldn't get treated horribly because your manager and team can't read.

Spend $40 on drinks and not one was correct. The first drink we sent back and they handed it back and said it was correct. Unfortunately this happens every time we go to any ziggis. I won't be going to this chain anymore.
The best coffee and a great place place for a meeting or just a fast swing by for a pickup in the drive through.

First time ever at any Ziggi. Ordered medium roast coffee with cream and sugar. Drinking grounds, completely unacceptable especially at the cost. Won't be back at that location or any Ziggi's. Will be surprised if they stay in business, you can't serve grounds to customers.
