First time ever at any Ziggi. Ordered medium roast coffee with cream and sugar. Drinking grounds, completely unacceptable especially at the cost. Won't be back at that location or any Ziggi's. Will be surprised if they stay in business, you can't serve grounds to customers.
I go to this location and Natalie prepares my blended Carmel Macchiato to perfection. She also has an amazing bubbly personality that spills over with phenomenal customer service.

The service was slow and they kept giving dirty looks to me and my brother. The staff was very disrespectful.
Great place to come after school. Busy on Fridays.

Have loved Ziggis for decals!!!
But, for my health I have to stop going here.
3/5 last times I have visited, I have asked for Sugar Free lattes syrup and gotten the very sugary syrup.
Today is the last time I will ever visit.
I cannot keep having to worry about my health over a cup of coffee.

So glad to have this close to home!
I recently visited this charming little coffee shop in town, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. They really made me feel welcome, chatting and smiling like we were old friends.
Now, let’s talk about the coffee—oh my goodness, it’s some of the best I’ve had! They really know how to brew a great cup of coffee here.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with comfy seating and a nice little nook for reading or working. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment. I noticed a few locals chatting over pastries and coffee, which adds to that warm small-town feel.
Overall, if you’re looking for a delightful coffee experience and friendly faces, this is definitely the place to be. I can’t wait to go back!

It's the only place to go in Mead, so I'm grateful that it's here.
I live nearby and had construction at home, so I took refuge at Ziggy's all day to work on my laptop. The drinks were all delicious, and the maple waffle breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, and danish was yummy (I was there 8 hours so I got a good sampling in). Most of all, the staff were so sweet and kind.
At 3pm it can get a little loud for a half hour as the teenagers get out of school, but the teens in Mead seem more mannerly than teens elsewhere.
It's probably more expensive than going to a diner, but the quality and service are much better.

I swear this place used to be open till seven. I used to go out of my way to come here now. I just go to seven brew. I’m definitely upset with your guys’s decision and it certainly doesn’t make me wanna buy into the business either. You can’t make money when you’re closed. Clearly the store is doing too well FYI, it’s Saturday.
Ordered 2 drinks with burritos. Both drinks were wrong and they did not include salsa with the burritos.when I brought this to the girl’s attention she spoke down to me in a very condescending and disrespectful manner. I will not be returning.

Usually love ziggi's. Always get it blended. Ice chunks were huge and made drink undrinkable with a straw.
