We are a So Cal family who happened to stop at the Mexican House during a road trip and expected a mayo version of Mexican.
That was NOT the case at all.
They gave us good portions with proper HEAT. The dishes were delicious and the service was prompt. The ingredients were fresh and their sauces were top shelf.
We kept sharing bites from our own plates- that is how good the food is there.
I definitely recommend them to anyone passing through Meeker.

We stopped at the Los Carnales passing through town. We had never been here before and didn't know what to expect. You walk in the door, order your food at the register, and wait for the food to be brought out to you. The food was amazing. I had the street tacos and they were phenomenal. Everyone enjoyed their food and that didn't have any complaints. There was a condiments bar with pickled peppers and onions, salsa, etc.

Mexican food can be ok with less onions. Everyone in our party had stomach issues after eating there bc of the amt of ONIONS. I would love to return but , I can’t deal with that much onions
