“This place must have a lot of theft because staff certainly watches one suspiciously.I learned that the shelf price tags are what Top Value paid for the product, then 10% is added to that price that the shopper pays - so one must do math to arrive at actual price.I've had to fetch shelf tag for something that was on sale at a more reduced price, but at register it rang up as full price, so one must be vigilant with sale items ringing up correctly so as to not be overcharged.Also, when Safeway is out of kombucha, Top Value seems to have it, though not much of it, but it's there.“
