The fries were cold amd the burgers were microwaved. The pickles and sauce were as hot as the burger. The bun was nuclear. I was very disappointed as DQ has always been killer!

Went through the drive thru, got my order, drove away and realized after I got home, I was not given back my debit card. Drove a total of 45 miles round trip to pick it up. Although I appreciate the honesty in returning my card, it would have been a nice gesture to offer some kind of small compensation for the mistake THEY made. Instead, I was told, “Well at least you got your card”. Oh okay. That makes me feel like a valued customer. There won’t be a next time!

We wanted a nice treat after supper. Yet we got a nightmare at this Dairy Queen. The cashier a young man was kind and the only professional customer service we received there. There were two young ladies behind him coughing and one gal grabbed the others girls hair and then proceeded to make an order that was in her other hand. There was coughing by other employees while they were preparing orders and it was madness with dancing, chatter, and more hair pulling. So unprofessional. The facility was dirty. All tables were dirty. Floor was nasty. Completely disappointed and disgusted. Have a little pride and wash your hands after coughing and please stop pulling your co workers hair while you’re grabbing items to put into someone’s ice cream cup. Yuck

I'm tired of going here and paying 10 for a burger with dry ass patties that are atleast 45 minutes old I use to work fast food all the time it's not hard to make a decent burger and the sauce is always ridiculous half of it is in the box n not on the actual burger like wtf are u guys doing back there ? There customer service is normally good tho don't have to wait for long
