Just went thru the drive thru. They handed us our order and after a few minutes wanted the sack back, after we had been eating some of the contents. They had given us someone else's order and then informed us they were out of hamburger patties. No sorry, no nothing. No replacement with something else. Just an offer to refund our money. How does a burger place run out of burgers? The worst. The staff is just messing around or standing around.

Waited in the drivethru for over 10 minutes as soon as I drove up to the window I heard someone speak, I went in to order the person who took my order was very rude! Order wasn't correct I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit!

This place is not family friendly. My autistic son and I tried to get lunch today and they had 2 different very loud musics playing one station playing Tejano and the other pop. Both very loud. My son started getting unregulated and upset because of the 2 different styles it sounded very jumbled and loud he asked me if I could tell them to pick one or the other music not both. I walked up to the counter explained to the gal my son was autistic and this was really bothering him he couldn’t eat and he was getting upset. She simply smiled and said no they couldn’t turn it off then went back to fiddling with her phone I believe it was. We didn’t even get to finish lunch as my son insisted we needed to leave. The rest of the trip he was crying because he couldn’t finish his lunch. How hard would it have been to just play 1 station at a time or turn one down so it’s not as loud as the other?! No regard for other peoples needs.

Was one of my best trips.Parking: Could use work on there drive thru line when busy it's a pain to park cause of the drive thru blocking 50% give or take.
It took for ever..... then the food was cold, the employees were more into talking to each other than waiting on customer.... the dinning room floor was in dire need of a broom.This place has sure gone down hill the last few years.

FILTHY! This Dairy Queen was absolutely disgusting. Dirty tables/floor and flies everywhere. The staff behind the counter acted as though they were doing you a favor by taking your order. The food was OK, but the surrounding were dreadful. Given a choice, I would drive past this place. There has to be a better option in Monte Vista.
