Had dinner on 27 February. Food was good, service literally sucked. Manager agreed that his waitress ignored customers. To quote him: "thats the way she is." Really you are in the service industry Mr. Manager. Your restaurant, food, and service are all one in the same.

It fits the definition of "Meets expectations." I got the steak tacos with rice and beans, and it was okay. Meat was too tough, the rice was mush, and the beans were passable. It's a clean establishment with some fine decor, bathroom was fine. The service was friendly and had a positive attitude, so that's something.If you want some "mexican" and you're passing through Montevista, it'll check the boxes, but it won't blow you away.

Expensive Mexican, but low quality food... Kids enjoyed the hamb / hotdog with fries. . Beyond that, lousy mexican food.. nothing was authentic. gummy instant rice that was seasoned & they called mexican fried rice, beans were from a can.. soft tacos were way too spicy, so not a family friendly meal for tourists. Guac from a package, etc.... maybe the locals like it. . waitress brought same drinks to everyone, even though some were supposed to be light ice, and some no ice.. she did not seem to know the menu and said she does not eat there because of cheese? . . .. only 2 napkin per person, and posters are up inside as to how you cannot pay, and the invoice has various payment forms scratched out with a marker to not pay such as amex or QR or phone pay options.. . Bathrooms clean, cold water only, toilet paper is a far reach from the toilet while sitting

So we called tonight to order dinner. Someone answered and then put me on a hold. We waited 8 full minutes on hold and still didn't get our order in. Then we tried calling back and got a busy signal. This comes after we tried to use a coupon from the Alamosa store and they balked at it and said they wouldn't honor it. Just disappointing for a place that has great food.
Nino’s is the best restaurant in Monte Vista. The food and customer service is excellent. 10/10 Bean and beef chimichanga, very delicious! I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The food is so delicious! Whether you want a cheeseburger combo or a smothered burrito, this place knows how to cook!! 10/10 the waitstaff and ambience of the restaurant is very pleasant and enjoyable

Food was not all exciting. They didn't have menudo that's like McDonald's not having fries. I was not impressed by flavor of the food.

I can't wait to return and try something else , I had the burgerito (a burgers inside of a burrito) it was smothered in sauce topped with sour cream and guacamole served with rice and beans on the side it was also a very good amount of food . Services was great as well the waitress was very attentive and super kind and helpful . Highly recommend it for a nice relaxing dinner out .
This little place off the main highway had bus parking next block away, we called ahead and reserved a room off the main entrance, waiter was excellent and had many Togo orders and still got our bus load of kiddos fed in record time, I opted to try their crispy Chile relleno as I am a big fan! When I go there again I will try their stacked enchiladas or the nino's burritos which where huge!

First time coming here. The food was great. I ordered muchaca flautas and my husband ordered muchaca chalupa. The mild green and red chili were great, we both don't like alot of hot /spicy. Was quiet when we were there 2:30 pm.

Fantastic! Immediately seated, order taken, food served quickly & it was delicious! I had 2 Chilie Rellenos smothered in green chilie, highly recommended.
