Great service, great food. I love the simplicity of the menu: you go here for steaks. They’re seasoned and cooked really well, along with a fantastic baked potato. This is where we take visiting family for special occasions!

The restaurant decor and set up is cool. The staff are pretty good. However there are better places to get a steak. The two times I have been, the steak is charbroiled to well done on one side and mooing on the other. I like my steak rare but not barely touched the grill rare. Salad is usually good but that’s the only highlight. One of my two visits it was chaos with the staff running around and didn’t seem like there was an orderly process. Overall just eh. I’ll find a good steak elsewhere from here on out. Don’t really care to see if the third time is the charm on this one.

Wonderful prime rib, the wedge salad with house dressing is a must taste.

Drove from Denver to get some prime rib. Extremely disappointed to walk in and discover that they close at 8. It was 8:03 and told the lady that we drove 160 miles to eat here and that google has their hours as open til 9. She still turned us away. I won’t be going back for the rest of our stay in Alamosa.

So the limited menu is kind of a trip to deal with but the food wasn’t bad.
There was some issues but it was a busy night and our waitress serenity was doing her best to get everything correct. All and all dinner was good.

We have been to several Quincy locations and have enjoyed them all. We took our 13 year old neice with us to the Monte Vista location and, when we arrived, she looked around and kept saying how fancy it was. Be sure to notice the bar and the (I kid you not) ceiling.

Martinis were to die for. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Food was scrumptious and was very reasonable. Would definitely come back.
