Had given up on this place after two bad experiences a couple of years ago but decided to give it try since it had a new owner. I love the model - filet mignon during the week and prime rib on the weekend. You choose the size and your drink. The food was not only excellent, but it is a good value for a nice steak & potato dinner. The wedge salad was delicious. Best filet mignon I've had in a while. We will come back.

Wow! I've always heard the term " the meat melts like butter in your mouth", but I didn't realize that was literally thing. The food was awesome, wait staff was super friendly, and the inside was decorated like an old Saloon. It was definitely a fun time

This was our first time. We had made reservations and were seated promptly. The booth was comfortable enough and had racks to hang coats at the front of the booth. They have a limited menu so please prepare for this by visiting the website for the menu. On the Friday night of our visit, they had Prime Rib and a Meatless Lasagna. The had about 4 or 5 sizes of Prime Rib cuts. The prices were very reasonable. You meal comes with a salad, bread, and baked potato. They had a wonderful Strawberry Cheesecake. On some other nights they have a Filet. We will have to try that out when we get a chance to get there on the weekday. The only downfall was that it took forever to get our meals. It could have been my fault as I ordered my cut as cooked as they could get it. Wonderful dining experience. They had new wait staff so that is why I let a 4 as our order was slightly incorrect.We will be back!!

I was at this steakhouse for my birthday. And while this might not be as fancy or have a wide selection on wines as some of the steakhouses near Denver, I think the food was good and the service was very personable.If you are in town and craving a good steak + sides, give them a try!Parking: Plenty of street parking during dinner time.

We ate here tonight for the first time. We had a wonderful meal! Our filet mignon was prepared perfectly, tender and juicy. The salad was fresh and the perfect start to our meal. We also shared a delicious turtle cheesecake. Joy (owner) served us and was efficient, friendly and attentive. We’re looking forward to this becoming a regular outing for us!!
Gosh, we love this place. Fantastic food, at an incredible price, served in an old school atmosphere, after a long day on the slopes - what more could you possibly ask for? The new owner, Joy, is lovely and hustles so hard. Being a server in my past life, this made me smile and appreciate her even more. We always sit at the bar and we always meet a friendly local, shoutout to Zachary tonight! Thank you Quincy’s, it’s always a great night out!

This is by far the best place to eat in the area. The menu is simple, the food is awesome. The salads are simply and fantastic. I have had several meals here and never had anything that wasn't delicious. The atmosphere is very nice and the drinks are good and the service is second to none. Joy runs a most excellent operation.

I'm so disappointed. We planned a Birthday party (11) of us. My husband and I had been there twice since new owners took over and were very please with the Filet Minon. Man 12 filets served and every one bad. Way under cooked and tough. I had to make sure everyone chewed it well before swallowing..It was gross!!! I felt so bad. I had hyped up this so much and the party was like really!!! Staff and restaurant atmosphere is fabulous!! lemon drop tini are the best!!!

The Filets we ordered were 3x charred and tasted terrible. When we told our waitress she was rude and acted like it was our fault our steaks were charred! We didn't not eat our food and will never go to Quincys again!!
