Have been a few times, food is pretty decent but service is usually pretty sub par. Went last night, sat and waited 30 mins before giving up and leaving. Never was greeted or served. Judging from the noise, was plenty of people in the kitchen. Probably giving up at this point and not coming back.

Went here for the first during our stay in Monte Vista this past weekend. We were looking for a place to watch the football game. They had a dining area, bar area (where we sat) and the bowling alley. I would have given this an all-around 5 star except for the fact that our server was not there and on a delivery run. We waited approximately half an hour for service. We stayed because we wanted to watch the game. When our server, Broch, came back, he was very apologetic and treated us like gold. The food was great! I had a taco salad and hubby a burrito dinner. We topped it off with some homemade jalapeno poppers. A little warm for my tummy but still delicious. Broch had fun trying to make a requested mixed drink for me... a Grasshopper. They were out of Creme de Menthe but we subbed it for some Peppermint and were able to come up with the basic taste but just the Blanca Grasshopper version. We will return in the future when we want to watch a game while staying in that area. We had fun meeting new folks. PS It would have been nice to have an ice cream option to sooth my tummy from the poppers.Many blessings to all for the New Year!

I hope your staff isn't as rude and unprofessional as the woman who literally hung up on me when I called.I'm a new entrepreneur to the Valley and called simply for information in the hopes of helping both businesses be successful.Whoever she is doesn't deserve a job which involves customer service.If you want to make a positive name for yourself while rebranding, I recommend you retrain or replace the people responsible for dealing with potential customers.Shameful.
We've been here twice and the employees have been nice enough, but they seem really understaffed. Both times we came we got food and Both times we were severely disappointed. Not only did it take and extremely long time to get but The pizza is terrible and the Buffalo mozzy bites are really bad as well. We have a good time bowling and spending time together as a family here, but the food is terrible quality and WAAAAYYYYY overpriced

WOW!!! So, my family and I stopped in for Breakfast/Lunch (6 people total). We arrived at 11:05 am and there were only 2 other tables occupied in the restaurant. We did not receive our food until 12:20 pm and only half the table got their food first, then the other half came 10 minutes later. This is hands down the longest ticket time I have seen at a restaurant in my life and it was pancakes and sandwiches (1 hour and 15 minutes). If you do decide to go here i suggest you put in your food order, then rent a bowling lane and and bowl a few games, because your food will not be quick. We will definitely not be going back here.........................
