My Philly Cheese was not good at all. Dry meat on a bun that was refrigerator cold. My wife's burger was over salted, and cheese was transparent and hard. And they added A 20 percent tip to my credit card without saying a word. Fries were good, but still not going back.

We ordered 16 oz coffees and they gave us 12 oz. We also ordered a decaf latte that they weren't sure was decaf. The coffees which were supposed to be lattes, tasted like they were drip coffee poured into some warm milk. The coffee was so bad we couldn't drink it. The turnovers were were very tasty.

We just left the Polished Bean and my breakfast burrito is so damn good I felt compelled to write this review, it can’t wait another minute. We love this place, we’ve taken to staying over in Monte Vista (versus Del Norte or south fork), just so we can hit it up in the morning. The ladies that work the counter and grill are so sweet. The breakfast burritos are chock full of delicious thick cut bacon, shredded potatoes, and (I think) cotija cheese, then GRIDDLED. Just, *chef’s kiss* Thank you Polished Bean, you have a great thing going and we adore you.
