Food is always good, servers are very nice and respectful, although the last few times I’ve been there I have found multiple long hairs in my sandwich’s, and it does not look like the cookers wear hairnets
We just left the Polished Bean and my breakfast burrito is so damn good I felt compelled to write this review, it can’t wait another minute. We love this place, we’ve taken to staying over in Monte Vista (versus Del Norte or south fork), just so we can hit it up in the morning. The ladies that work the counter and grill are so sweet. The breakfast burritos are chock full of delicious thick cut bacon, shredded potatoes, and (I think) cotija cheese, then GRIDDLED. Just, *chef’s...
We drove by this place once because we thought it was a furniture shop. The front of the building is, but the restaurant is in the back and also has a drive through. Although it was a little hard to find, we enjoyed it and will stop in again!
