Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Virtually all of it made in-house, including the tortillas, chips, and sopapillas. Locally sourced beans and meats, even the honey is local. We ordered several different dishes and they were all top-notch. We will definitely be back.Food: 5/5

Best margarita in town. No cheap sugar mix. Always fresh. Food is pretty good also, could have better salsa. No spice to it.

This place has been here a long time. I gone here for years and the have best food in Montrose CO. The building is old so it is a good atmosphere too. If you like good Mexican food then this place is for you. The bar is fun too.Food: 5/5

Great service, food, and prices. It is a small restaurant so you need to arrive early. Make sure you save room for sopapillas!

Delicious food, I recommend the Supreme fajitas, service and cordiality are an essential part of this PlaceFood: 5/5
Yelp says they have outside seating, but it is closed, due to the poor condition of the wooden deck. I noticed that the brick entryway was also in very poor condition. The owners have obviously quit investing in the building, which I do not think is a good sign. We did not eat there.

Hiked all morning and craved Mexican food for lunch. I had a combo plate and my husband had a burrito. The food was so delicious, fresh and the service was also excellent. Would definitely eat here again.

My favorite mexican food in Montrose. Mango margarita is delicious. Chips and salsa are perfect. The pollo asado is my go to!! Staff is always friendly and we have only had to wait for a table for 5 minutes on a Saturday evening. Any other time its such a big place seating is available right away.

The man was so rude. The way he looked at us was like we didn't belong. He sat us in the corner, was just do rude when we ask for chips and salsa. We got up and left. I've NEVER be treated like this . I'd never go back to this restaurant

I ordered a chile verde burrito, which was passably good, but nothing to write home about. Margaritas were ok, but only if you order two. The service was perfunctory, at best. No personality, no friendliness, just basic "yeah, whaddya want?" Not attentive in the least; had to wait a good while for her to ask how I was doing. I noticed other servers who appeared more customer friendly, so perhaps it was just luck of the draw. If you're not from Montrose, you'll be better served at Mi Mexico (or Tacos El Gordo if you want good takeout without margaritas)...
