Had lunch here today with my niece and her Mom. Our server, Brendon was great, and not just because he flattered me by checking my id. :) He was friendly, attentive, efficient, and great with my niece. He also makes a fantastic Watermelon margarita. Honestly, it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at an Applebee's. Kudos to Brendon!

We were sat by the servers station when there were plenty of open tables and booths which wasn't enjoyable. We had the 3 appetizer deal with side salads which was good. Our server was personable but not really engaging, more like going through the motions. She never introduced herself so I can't tell you her name. The one thing I don't care for is the payment device that sits on the table. She never thanked us for coming in which is what using that device leads to because she can clear the plates and walk away with no further interaction with the customer.

We walked in around 8PM and had to wait, which was no big deal, the hostess mentioned they got slammed and the kitchen was backed up, as a fellow hospitality business owner and former bartender, I totally understand the stress that comes with getting backed up. My husband and father-in-law met me there and when they came in my father-in-law asked if there was a place to sit and at least get a drink while the kitchen caught back up (there were a lot of open tables) and the manager snapped at him. She was super rude and responded so harshly to his simple inquiry, then she stormed off. It put a bad taste in our mouth the rest of our evening in there.

I visited this restaurant on May 3rd. The staff was friendly and the service was good, but unfortunately, the food was not fresh — especially the broccoli. After the meal, I got very sick and ended up vomiting several times. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I’m giving one extra star only because the staff did their best, but the kitchen seriously needs to improve food quality.

Service is great, but the drink was a little skimpy.
Last night was the worst. The servers were ridiculously slow except for one. Ours disappeared constantly and when she did appear spent her time chatting with a table with 4 ladies. I finally got the one male server who was running his tail off to bring me a box and my husband a iced tea refill. And one server was filthy! His hair was stringy and greasy, his clothes dirty. I would not accept service from someone like that. Applebee's, you can do better!

They literally have a Karen working there and she is horrible, food is to be what it is for Apple Bee's, drink specials during happy hour is worth going for. All in all a place to get some decent food and kill a little time with a few cocktails

Do not order a steak from curbside pickup. We eat at this restaurant often but for the first time we did curbside pickup up and I could not be more disappointed. I ordered a 6oz medium rare steak and what I received was a hockey puck. We called it in and the manager told us to come back another time and a new one would be free, I thought that was great and took the offer. The steak I received to fix the previous was DISGUSTING I have never seen a steak reduced to a pasty consistency before. I wouldn’t even be writing this review had the steak just been edible. Unacceptable and regular customers have been lost.
