Today I had a great experience at this Arby's, as the Manager, Ruben, served me at the drive-in. I used a coupon for two double beefs for 8 bucks. Can't beat it. Today, I went inside first but it was crowded, so I decided to use the drive-in through so I could relax in my car while waiting in line. When i was inside I noticed the staff was humming to get the orders out properly and expeditiously. I think this is so important to acknowledge the staff and how focused they were in serving their customers. Working this hard in customer service is to be commended! Thank those folks for me, a consumer who used their services to get a great meal.

Rather you dine in or drive thru the service is speedy and friendly. Always a very clean environment. Love the beef and cheddar
I went there at 6:10 pm. I waited and waited and waited at the counter. 2 of the workers walked by me like I wasn’t even there. After waiting 15 mins for someone to take my order gave up and walked out. To be looked at and ignored is beyond my belief. I was wanting a meal, and it would’ve been nice if they took my order I wouldn’t mind waiting even longer, but 15 minutes is too long to wait at the counter and be looked at and treated like you are a piece of garbage and not even comprehend that I’m there unreal very unreal. That’s why it’s a one star. The thing is the manager even looked at me and didn’t even say I’ll be right with you or anything.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in to order. No one ever helped us after 5-7 minutes of standing at counter. I called out to the girl taking drive through orders and asked if inside was open. She said yes and yelled to guy in back who had seen us come in and never acknowledged us. After several more minutes he came up and stood there. Never spoke to us or acted like he wanted to help us. Never asked for order. We just left. Was very rude and didn’t act like they wanted to work. We come by here every weekend but will never come back.
Good food for anyone who wants a quick and tasty meal in the evening. Had two Crispy Chicken and Fanta, reasonably priced. Typical fast food in the USA. I was really impressed by the service at the counter! Very accommodating & friendly!!

I always love finding an Arby's when I'm on a road trip because I know what I'm going to get. The staff here did a great job and it was nice place to relax for a minute before getting back on the road. The food was great as usual.
