I got serious food poisoning! I ordered the 4 for $10:00 and a large soft drink. A I ate two sandwiches and about an hour and a half later I got sick! This was Wednesday 4/3 it is now Friday and I am still sick! I called the restaurant several times but they do not answer the phone. I was contacted by the owner via email and was told “we want to make this right” so click on this link. The link did not open. How does one make this right? I was sick for days, missed two days of work!

We are from out of town and our experience was great. The staff was very nice. They were apologetic because they had to make fresh curly fries, which only took a few extra minutes.The food was delicious.

I don't get to eat out much anymore. I use coupons whenever possible. The crew here are ALWAYS so nice. If they make a mistake, because, you know, "we are all human and make them," they are quickly to correct it and apologize. So friendly. If I had the money, I would definitely eat here more often.Parking: Always have parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is right at the door. Other places might make you park down further, at Arby's is right there, which makes it very nice.

Ordered two of there new hamburgers. They told me to pull over and waited for about 13 minutes and I finally went inside for it, and they gave me the coldest burgers. I would not recommend no one toe eat at the Montrose Arbys.

The male employee who was working up tonight was wonderful. I was $10 dollars short and he ended up helping out. What we were extremely thankful for cause I was in the hospital tonight. Excellent customer service.

Use to really enjoy this place. But today we sat in the drive through for almost 25 minutes. My large fry might as well have been a small due to a large clump of fried something in the middle of the container. We are always in a worse mood after visiting Arby's and the food/service is always super disappointingUpdate 11/6/23: wishing I could give no stars. I shouldn't have to double check to make sure I have everything in my order every time I come here. Went through the drive through and Ordered a French dip. To No surprise at all.... they forgot the DIP for the French DIP!!!!! I can't drive to go get it as I'm disabled and caught a ride to Arby's... so looks like I am stuck without dinner since a French dip is basically inedible without the dip portion... thanks for nothing. Looks like I won't be returning to your location ever again. Idk why your workers are so incompetent

We never eat Arby's. Decided to give it a try tonight 9/10/23. They gave us the wrong sandwich on one meal. The fries seemed to be very old, both sandwiches were very dry and seemed to have been old as well. Even the tea was trash.

Lady at the counter messed up ever order she took. My roastbeef and cheddar had no arby sauce and no cheese. Totally not worth the $12. I'd recommend starving before stopping here.
