Got the wrong order to start with! felt like I was getting pushed out of the place as quickly as possible!! And by the time they finally got my order right the rest of my meal was COLD and not even edible!!! The staff didn’t care that they made a mess of my order, or how long it took or the fact that what they got right was nasty cold by the time they finally got it to me!!!!!!! The worst $19:66 lunch I’ve ever had at any BK. It should be renamed slow cold food!!!

Went there this morning. Ordered the french toast sticks meal. The french toast was chewy hard and old. I told the woman who took the order. She didn't apologize or listen that I wanted something different. The cook in the back was yelling and throwing stuff around. She brought me back more french toast sticks. She said I was wrong. The ones she brought me . I couldn't eat either. So I didn't eat. Wasted my money. I will never come back.

The person I placed my order with was the assistant manager William. When I pulled up to the speaker he said his name and what do you want to order. Rude from the start. I placed my order he kept sighing like he was annoyed when I got up to the window he didn't look at me was being very aggressive . He started to hand me the drinks and when I asked for a drink carrier he aggressively tossed it to me making me spill some of my drink . I asked him are we having a good day? He just rolled his eyes and said yeah always. After I got the food he slammed the window. Not saying thank you have a good day nothing.... Absolutely rude and cant believe he's the assistant manager... Will never return!

I knew there was a reason I do not order from this place anymore. When you go through the drive thru and you ask them if the food is fresh and they say yes that’s what you expect when you get home to eat it. I ordered 2 chicken fries and some other things for me and my grandson and I swear they were so gross and dry…who knows how long they had been sitting there when I ordered. And like I wrote before I asked if they were fresh and was told they were. Are the employees there really so lazy that they can’t make fresh ones for a paying customer..and the manager just lets it happen?? Their service has always sucked and I will not order from that gross place ever again!!!
