Customer service used to be great and now it is rude and not inviting. There is an older guy that works the window and I believe has a hire position now he used to be so funny and kind and now he argues and gets frustrated very easily like he is stressed out and angry it feels. They all seem to lack manners now, they wont make your order the way you ask only the way that conveniences them if you ask for them to correct it they get really upset with you. If they are out of something they wont tell you unless you tell them its missing in your bag. I always order ice cream cones and the last at least 3 visits they keep putting it in a cup without a cone or in the cone in a cup. The food is great and havent had issues with flavor just the service which is disappointing since this is our favorite place to go. The atmosphere is alright. The steep turn in is really rough on lower vehicles. The price is great, especially if you use the mobile app and earn points.

The restaurant was filthy, our order got mixed up with two other orders and the staff could not figure out who the orders belonged to. When we opened up our burgers they looked so greesy and unappetizing we threw away a $58.00 orders and left.

Got the wrong order to start with! felt like I was getting pushed out of the place as quickly as possible!!
And by the time they finally got my order right the rest of my meal was COLD and not even edible!!!
The staff didn’t care that they made a mess of my order, or how long it took or the fact that what they got right was nasty cold by the time they finally got it to me!!!!!!!
The worst $19:66 lunch I’ve ever had at any BK.
It should be renamed slow cold food!!!

Went there this morning. Ordered the french toast sticks meal. The french toast was chewy hard and old. I told the woman who took the order. She didn't apologize or listen that I wanted something different. The cook in the back was yelling and throwing stuff around. She brought me back more french toast sticks. She said I was wrong. The ones she brought me . I couldn't eat either. So I didn't eat. Wasted my money. I will never come back.
