Customer service used to be great and now it is rude and not inviting. There is an older guy that works the window and I believe has a hire position now he used to be so funny and kind and now he argues and gets frustrated very easily like he is stressed out and angry it feels. They all seem to lack manners now, they wont make your order the way you ask only the way that conveniences them if you ask for them to correct it they get really upset with you. Honestly, the food is typical good BK but the cleanliness of this place needs some real work. Fingerprints and grease smears on every single window and door. Door handles feel gross, and you really worry about touching your food after entering. The trays are disgusting and need a thorough cleaning. All in all it is an appetizer buster and you wonder about the kitchen. C'mon guys, get it together.
The crew on Monday April 1st were absolutely amazing Taylor Chris and John are absolutely awesome made my kids night customer service like this is so rare anymore and they made a fast food place feel like I just came home or to my friends house keep it up guys you rock
