Derrick, bartender, is without a doubt the BEST we’ve ever met. The food is awesome, but he’s the reason we keep making the drive from Ouray. You can tell everyone that frequents feels the same. He’s worth his weight in gold!!! Thank you Derrick!!!!

I want to go with my daughter, my grandson. My granddaughter and 2 great granddaughters, and we had a great time. Food was good service was good. Good atmosphere, we would go there again and for those many people. As we had, the prices were produrational.Parking: Large parking lot lots of spaces.Kid-friendliness: I talk They were really friendly Towards the kids they enjoyed their cells They were two and four so they had funWheelchair accessibility: Easy access from parking lot to main doors flat surface There was a few curves which you can get around those. Jennifer, our to go staff member, was so sweet and friendly. She was extremely busy at the time we were there to pick up our order, but took the time to be attentive and personable with us. She is definitely an asset to our local Chili's restaurant!!
In the past, service has been ok. My last visit was on a Saturday evening, which may have been my mistake. Because we did not want to sit in the bar area, we were told it would be a 15-minute wait. After 45 minutes, we just left and had a nice dinner just down the road. My star rating may not be accurate as I didn't have an experience there.

We requested a booth not in the bar and told us about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes had passed we were told again we had to wait until a booth for four would be available. We could see at least 2 booths that were empty and Clean. She proceeded to seat 3 other parties and we still didn't seated. We left and probably won't be back. Horrible situation.

Food was absolutely terrible. Chicken wings were cold and seemed like they took them out of the freezer and put them in a microwave and cook them. This was because the bones were cold, but the meat was hot. The melted lava cake needs to be improved by all chilis as when you try to eat the ice cream, the chocolate dressing on top solidifies, leaving hard ice cream which you have to push down to break, leaving the entire lava cake broken. The service was pretty good compared to the food, but only a 3 star service. No one really wanted to go work, it was as if everyone wanted just to go home. I seriously get that it’s New Year’s Eve, everyone wants to go home and party, but if you’re going to cook the food like this, the price the food less. Some of the seating was also closed, and they turned off the TV’s when we were eatingParking: Parking lot was easy to park

The only reason this location gets one star, is for the good service the bartender gave me. The salad was more than disappointing. Requested the buffalo chicken salad, which apparently is not on the menu anymore, now I see why. This came with zero requested and paid for blue cheese crumbles, bur rather a runny side of ranch dressing, and another option. This lame meal would have been returned but we live an hour away. Unfilling, unsatisfactory, and Underwhelmed. There were about 7 small cubes of tomato, besides that just lettuce and tortilla chips. Most likely the Worst Salad I have ever purchased. Two salads for 32 dollars, wow. Many other mediocre options in the immediate area, which are a bit less lousy than Chilis of Montrose.
