I am so impressed by the Ethiopia natural process. I have never been a roaster but ive worked with them and I know it is not easy. Even if you have the best beans in the world you still have to execute. It is definitely not normal to go to a small roaster and get something this good.

Cimarron Coffee Roasters has become one of my favorite spots in Montrose, especially because of how good their beans are. The Courthouse roast in particular is fantastic, incredibly balanced, rich, and consistently great, and I love that they roast onsite. The staff is always friendly and genuinely passionate about coffee. They have even taken the time to help me dial in my espresso at home, and that kind of care really stands out. This is one of those places I always bring friends and family when they visit Montrose, and it never disappoints. And on top of all that, they've got a terrific hoodie.

Scrumptious latte with just the right amount of sweetness. I wish I lived closer, I would be a frequent customer. Highly recommend the vanilla late. Eric was kind and helpful.

I used to loveeeee this place! Would have to go every single time we were in town. Their matcha was the best. Sometime they must have changed their matcha because the past couple times it’s basically just milk with some powder in it. Super disappointed I know they’re a coffee place and it’s probably great, but go back to your old matcha for the matcha lovers please!! It’s not fun spending money and being disappointed in the product. Won’t be going back unfortunately :(
