Awesome spot with great drinks and friendly service. The chai latte had the perfect spice level and was very smooth. Bought some coffee beans to give as a gift and the recipient said it was the best cup of coffee he's had in a long time. 10/10.

As we approached Cimarron Coffee, we were greeted by a sophisticated local couple who said we had chosen the best coffee shop in town. They were mistaken. This is the best coffee shop in, at least, Colorado, perhaps beyond. Everything is perfection here. The coffee is outstanding, the cups are perfect, the location is cozy with exposed brick walls, and jazz is playing in the background. My partner said the muffin was perhaps the best he has ever had and I overheard it was made...
