This place seems to get my order wrong every time. This time I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich. They gave me a crispy. Charged me for a crispy. I called the manager she refused to make it right never heard of that. It's not much to a corporate monster but hey I'll never come back to place that would treat a customer like that. Thanks. It's not my fault the young girl ringing the order up doesn't know the difference.or heard incorrectly. It wouldn't be a big deal but every time.

I came to Culvers tonight. And I ordered a scoop with my kids scoop coup. When I got to the window I was scolded by an older Latin woman that not only would she not honor the coup; I failed to let order taker know.
So that's not the Culver culture!
I said I did and she said well I don't see it and I said. Look I did and I've been coming to Culvers for 20 years and she said.
We have only been open for 5!
I then stated: I'm from Wisconsin and you will get a manager and you will honor this coupon. She gave me the dirtiest look and found a manager and then honored it.
I'm from Wisconsin. This is not how Culvers acts to guests. This is the first time I have ever encountered such nasty hostility from a crew member. It's not the place, it's her. She needs to go back to training and she shamed her owner.
I will be contacting Culvers corporate as well. This is not Culvers culture.

Culver's. What can I say.. this place absolutely rocks every time I drive thru Montrose. It's a busy place... And for good reason. It's absolutely worth the stop. Clearly, lots of locals eat here because its consistently good. It's one of my favorite stops when I travel thru Montrose traveling to see friends on this side of the state.... Had the amazing Cod dinner. It was 100% on point, hot, fresh, crispy and exactly what I wanted. The crew is hopping in that good way.... Not that haggard running behind sort of way you see in understaffed overworked places. Place gives me good vibes from happy smiling crew. 10/10 will be back again.
