I ordered a cookie dough Butterfinger blizzard took four bites the rest was ice cream. Ask for extra toppings didn't get it still got charged for it. Put a little bit of toppings at the bottom so we can taste it Will not be back

The worst Dairy Queen I have been too. The worsted!! Pathetic!” I generally order large hot fudge sundaes. The hot fudge isn’t even warm and is only 1/2 inch thick. Nothing but ice cream, has happened 4 times, once ordered extra hot fudge not much to brag about and again it isn’t even warm. Need better manager or training.

I go up at 6pm to ask for a drink and They have zero Slushie machines or Blenders to make anything for a while. I asked a 2nd time to confirm they cannot serve me anything with a slushie machine or blender.

We came from Denver. We ordered 2 ice cream cakes before. We told they would be ready on Saturday. Just happened to stop by on Friday and they told us to come by at 5 and we could pick. Them up that was beautiful. Save us a lot of traveling. Thank you very much. And the young man was very nice

Either the staff don't know how to make a blizzard or they just don't care. Every blizzard I get is 3/4 solid soft serve with the other 1/4 full of toppings. Ordered the flavor of the month and it didn't look anything like the picture or even have the same ingredients. Also, they act like they would rather be anywhere but there.
