We came from Denver. We ordered 2 ice cream cakes before. We told they would be ready on Saturday. Just happened to stop by on Friday and they told us to come by at 5 and we could pick. Them up that was beautiful. Save us a lot of traveling. Thank you very much. And the young man was very nice
It seems like every time I've gone to get any fast food since covid, all customer service has disappeared and been replaced by snotty rude workers. So I was happily shocked when I experienced, not good, but great customer service. Only one employee working with a busy drive thru and a few people inside, he was still friendly, courteous, engaged, and working on multiple orders at the same time.
