Called in to place an order for pickup. The lady who answered said that I couldn’t do that, that I had to go in store or place online. Well, since it’s my lunch break, I wanted to order over the phone and go pick up and pay cash… guess that’s not an option anymore. They should really change the “order by phone option” if it’s no longer an option, or talk to the remedial lady who clearly needs to be trained at her job better.

Got a plate of ala carte fries ($4.59) and they brought out 15 fries (not exaggerating), when asked if I could get more they said that was their side. Pancakes were good though! The person serving us was new but she was nice, only complaint is the fries and the flies lol.

I had a great experience at Denny’s! The service was excellent — the staff worked together so well, and you could really see the teamwork. My food came out hot, fresh, and super quick. Everything was delicious, and the hashbrowns were perfectly crispy just the way they should be. Overall, a really tasty and enjoyable meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Waited 30 minutes just to be greeted. Then when we were being seated we were told they didn't know when they could take our order. Staff was cold and did not communicate very well.

Placed an order for carry out when we got there there was no one up front waited 10 minutes for someone to come up, and order was not correct. Items were missing. Poor customer service. Don’t understand why they ask for tips on online orders and still get it incorrect. Tips are options if the service is done properly. Sadly we can’t even get that refunded back for poor service. Disappointed.
8/10* Ordered again on line and got our order wrong twice when picking it up. Very unprofessional. Told us we couldn’t do a refund there. Only credit it for next time. Which is what I asked. Very skeptical on going back. * Triple check your orders people! And I don’t recommend tipping before getting your food. Learned the hard way. Dennys really need to look into it.

Went to Denny's last night, about 9. Got seated pretty quick considering how busy it was. Ordered a regular cheeseburger with fries but id be lying if I didn't say it was one juicy cheeseburger. Very good. Would recommend, however it was the service that was absolutely amazing!! I never saw the bottom of my glass, not one. Always asked if we were ok, and never did it when my mouth was full, I wish I could remember her name but she was southern as it gets lol and it began with a T. Good job overall.
