This place is seriously the worst. Food has NO taste and when it does, it's not good. The service is horrendous. Whether your sittinf at a table or trying to pay your bill, you'll be waiting for an ungodly amount of time. There's soooo many better places to eat in this town. Not sure how this establishment has managed to keep customers and stay open

I went to Dennys today and ordered the salmon with sides of mac and cheese and corn. When it was brought out to me the salmon was frozen in the middle the waitress took it back to show her manager, in the meantime I ate the sides. They asked me if I wanted them to finish cooking it, but I was running out of time as I had an appointment that I need to go to. The manager took $5.00 of the bill for the salmon, so for a little mac and cheese and a little corn only cost me $10.00 I did leave the food server a tip, as it was not her fault. Update I talked with Sarah and she took care of the issue. She is awesome, thank you Sarah I will be back.

The Denny's in Montrose is my mom's favorite go to restaurant in town! The food is always good, and the prices are always very reasonable. That being said, the best part of the diner is by far the people and service there. Just this last week I was visiting my mom and (as always) we had exceptional service by the incredible people who work at the Denny's in Montrose! When we arrived at the restaurant, we met Katie, who was the hostess, and when we requested a booth, she made a point of finding us one even though they were kind of busy at the time. During this visit, our server was Heather, and she was very nice and pleasant and did a really great job overall. I think what was most striking about Heather was her wonderful attitude and efficiency. She was always quick to meet our food and service requests and offered a warm smile that told us that she made us a priority and genuinely cared about us. Thank You Heather - you are amazing and so very appreciated!! I also think that it is important to mention both Arianna and Allison because even they were not serving us directly; they both played a major part in the big picture of making our experience a memorable one. You see, while Heather was taking care of some of the other customers (ONLY because she was very busy at the time - handling multiple tables at once) my mom wanted some other items (like crackers for her soup and stuff like that) so when I approached the counter to retrieve what my mother had asked of me, Arianna and Allison quickly helped me and I was able to return to our table in a in a very timely fashion. I also want to mention that Arianna was very kind to us when it came time to settle up the bill for both my mom and me at the end of our meal. For example, Arianna honored my mom's discount card which allowed us to save a considerable amount, of which we applied mostly to the gratuity. Thank You both Arianna and Allison!! And of course, no review of the Montrose Denny's would be complete without mentioning Sarah the Manager. What is so distinctive about is that Sarah is that she could be doing anything she wants, but she purposely chooses to run the show there. I hope that the Denny's in Montrose realizes what an incredible gift and blessing they have in Sarah - she is amazing. Sarah's fantastic attitude and smile are second to none and she really is the face of the franchise. I hope that she gets a raise and is allowed into more of an ownership position at Denny's!!! And if not, I hope that the powers that be find something better for Sarah and her amazing daughters to be doing. Thank You Sarah (and family, and Heather - you are all incredible)!! May God bless you all and I hope you have a great Easter (Resurrection Sunday)!! I love you all forever in Christ!!
