I ordered a ham and cheese and I live 3 minutes away and it's been 35 minutes and my sandwich is still not here I called they said driver is on his way and that was 15 minutes ago this is not freaky fast they need to change their commercial I only have so long for lunch and they wasted it thanks again Jimmy John's for your freaky fast service what a joke

I usaly like this place and eat here twice a week, but the girl they got taking orders needs some training. My last two visits ended with me driving away empty handed. I try to order the number 7 in a meal but instead of getting asked for my side and drink I get asked If there will be anything else. I just wanted to order the meal I don't want to sound like an a hole and walk her though the fact I want the meal and not just the sandwich.

Super expensive for meat and cheese on bread. I don't mind a good sandwich now and then but the combos are $15 a person now. I always feel pressured to order super quickly, it would be helpful to have a handheld menu for customers to make selections easier.
