Stopped by today to grab some drive-thru sandwiches, but the experience was really confusing. As I pulled up, the automated system greeted me with, “What can I get for you?” I said I needed a moment, checked the menu, and then started ordering — only to get complete silence in return.

Thinking the staff might be busy, I moved ahead to the window, but no one was there. I even called the store and it went straight to voicemail. When I drove around to the front, I finally realized the restaurant was closed.

Cars before and after me went through the exact same thing. If the place is closed, they should update the hours online or at least disable the automated voice so customers aren’t left waiting and confused.

Visited today for drive-thru sandwiches, and to my surprise, I ended up waiting a long time at the order station. As I pulled up, a voice said, “What can I get for you?” I replied, “Just a minute,” checked the menu board, and then started to place my order — but there was no response.

I waited and repeated few times, thinking maybe the staff stepped away for a moment, then moved forward to the window to check. No one was there. I waited another couple of minutes, even tried calling the store, but it went straight to voicemail. When I finally drove up to the front, I realized the place was actually closed.

The same thing happened to the cars in front of me and behind me. It’s definitely the store’s responsibility to update their hours on maps/apps to avoid this confusion.

Orders take forever and aren't even fresh. Staff wont help when online order is messed up.

lady there was a little serious and a little demanding. Maybe just be a little bit nicer that's all to the customer. The interaction with other co-workers was good. I didn't have any personal issue. It was just an observation. I went during a slow unbusy time after 2pm.

Every time we come to this establishment we are disappointed but there are not a lot chicken spots they are very very slow this last time we went it was around 730 and I went in to get an 8 PC and the lady said they had no chicken I looked around because maybe I went on To the wrong place and then asked this is kfc right she said yes and we have no chicken do t waste your time unless you like being disappointed

We were trying to get a 10 piece feast, had to wait 25 minutes. They don't want to give anything but tea and raspberry tea for a drink.

Im surprised this store hasn't closed down completely. Such a shame, the food isnt quality anymore and the staff lack leadership and customer service skills like no other. Disappointment
