Lonchera 2 Hermanos Food Truck

We went looking for this truck but never found it. Maybe off the day we went. We were bummed because reviews looked great. We were on a road trip.

Mexican here born and raised and these tacos are one of the worst I have ever had. Se pasan. If you cant afford to give your costumers a good amount of meat then please just stop your business. My tacos were overfilled with onions and no manches the cucumbers para que por dos pedacitos jaja. But again we are in montrose home of the gringos with no tastes buds so I guess you can get away with selling this trash.

Best ceviche north of the border!Seriously though. When my bf ordered it last year I thought he might be crazy for ordering seafood in Montrose. But oh my was I wrong. My mom lives in southern Baja Mexico, Baja California Sur, and this rivals if not beats any of the ceviche we’ve had there. This ceviche is to die for. We joke about planning trips from GJ to Montrose just to get ceviche for lunch, hasn’t happened yet, but I think we are due soon!

Thier food was so good! Thier birria tacos were amazing! My husband said their chili rellano burrito special this week was delicious and the chicken quesadilla we split between our two kids is the best we've ever had. Definitely coming here again soon!

Best Mexican food in Montrose! I can't believe I waited so long to try. It is a food truck in the Home Depot parking lot. I ordered the pastor and asada tacos. Delicious! The meat and corn tortillas were so flavorful and authentic. The cilantro, onions, and sauces put them over the top. I also ordered ceviche over a bed of tortilla chips. Wow! I could tell they put a lot of love in this dish. Great portion of Shrimp that was cool, fresh, and perfectly marinated. Large slices of avocado and a tasty seaoning sprinkled across the top. YUM! It wasn't a few pieces of shrimp soaking in ketchup water like the other places in town. You're in luck if you like Aqua frescas too. I got the Hibiscus and it was awesome. Everything was packaged perfectly and in great shape when I got home. I can't wait to try everything else on the menu. Thank You Very Much Lonchera! You made me a regular customer tonight.

I usually love this place but lately they haven’t been it. I’m not sure if they’re training new staff but the portions are getting smaller and the quality isn’t great anymore. Hand for reference on size.

After driving by a million times and hearing rave reviews from several people, I finally stopped. Ordered dinner on a Sunday- tacos birria and two burritos, and a quesadilla for the kid. Was delicious, maybe one of the better food experiences in Montrose I've had in a while (I'm local). Wait was not long at all and you can sit in your car with the buzzer if it's too cold. They also do Door dash. Definitely going to make it a regular stop, you should too.
