Very bad manners they close the window on me which trying to get my mo ey back because their frapp machine didn’t work and I was was gonna tell them to put up a sign or fix their app and let customers k ow that their frapp machine doesn’t work!!!’ And what happen to customer is always Right but yet I get the drive thru window shut on my face!!!

Apparently you can fully pay for a meal on the app, but because they're too slow getting people through the drive thru, they can deny you your order and make you wait 7 days for a refund.

The employees are awesome. Some of them made the effort to remember my name and will ask me how my day is going. I normally get a cheeseburger with no ketchup, and sometimes I still get the ketchup, but their consistent friendliness outweighs the occasional mishap of condiments.

Absolute trash manager and staff. Claimed because I ordered from McDonald’s app that they don’t do delivery on app when clearly app shows delivery. As a person who worked in food industry and has a kid that works in food this is unacceptable behavior. No customer service and you don’t raise your voice and act haughty when your staff messes up and the app is “incorrect”
I hope corporate follows through and the manager gets fired.

Does McDonald's on Main Street with one of the cleanest ones I've seen in Colorado. People were happy serving people properly great customer service also saw people cleaning the chairs and tables thoroughly Perry let alone the meal was outstanding and fresh I will be back probably tomorrow

Wonderful staff the man helping take orders in the front was very attentive wish I had his name costumer service was his top priority I came in with 7 children and he was really trying hard to make sure we were all happy. My kids had a blast and the food was fast and we were all around very happy with our experience.
