Terrible.
Simple order comes to 6.98, i hand over $7. Manager girl hands me a receipt. So i tell her she owes me 2 pennies. She says we don't have any pennies.
This is still a cash economy.
And after all that: the fries are cold and limp, clearly under cooked.

Even Burger King is better than this...

Placed an order online and still got the drinks incorrect. We ordered a medium juice and got a small and order an add on coffee size Large and got a medium. Please read the tickets correctly. Double checking orders in front of them from now on.

Cleanliness and Food handling are important to me. Acknowledgement when you walk in the restaurant are also important but with self order now it seems to have lost the personable and expected customer service. Watched the staff put their hands through their hair, grab fries, and the clothes they wear were dirty. Heard staff members talking about their personal lives, little unprofessional, and the interaction with me and the person at the register lacked the personable communication. I will say, the lobby was very clean and kept up.

I ordered on the mobile app today for dine in. I got some of the the new items like the strawberry watermelon refresher and the Special Edition Gold McCrispy sandwhich along with the wrap. The server was amazing, very polite. I didn't catch a name but still good service. Sadly there was no gold sauce but all is good. The strawberry watermelon refresher was great, I loved it. It reminded of kool aid from my childhood. I love that they put actual fruit strawberry pieces in it too. 10/10!
