I've been coming to this particular location for several years and I would like to congratulate them on becoming the latest eatery to join my list of I would rather drive one hour/one hundred miles than eat here again. Over the last several years I have pur up with lazy, rude, whiney, and inept service. The driver through staff serm to be the worst. They seem to thrive on messing up orders or just not giving you half of the order. I will no longer willingly utilize this facility i also do not understand why all of the McDonald's locations from Montrose to Fruita are charging more than four times the price than Moab, UT. I'm fast becoming very unhappy with McDonald's and considering putting the entire franchise on my do not go list. No recommending it to anyone c9m8ng to town to visit. What a shame.

I ordered the chicken Mc crispy strips…. These must have been sitting around for over 3 hours dried out and nasty I probably could have found a better meal in the garbage somewhere.

Early Friday evening and the place was almost empty with only a few customers. The tables were all filthy and hadn't been wiped. We had to ask staff to clean a table so we could eat. A staff member did attend to it quickly and said they were busy. I honestly don't know how! The floor needed swept. The burger was fine but the fries were obviously not fresh. Just not up to standard for any McDonald's!
