Went through the drive-thru tonight at 9:30 and waited for 15 minutes in line only to be told they were closed. Husband asked if the guy was kidding and received the response of “straight up we’re closed.” No apology, no explanation, just “straight up we’re closed.” Such a extreme lack of professionalism. Facebook page says they don’t close until 11. This was the rudest experience we’ve EVER had at any fast food restaurant in town and beyond.

McDonald's consistently delivers on small orders, like Iced Coffee, at this location. The staff work very hard and go about their well-choreographed routine, which is interesting to watch. Orders have been mostly correct, and staff members have been friendly. Like most fast food restaurants nowadays, priority seems to be given to drive-through and app-based orders, which is a shame, but when the food arrives, it is prepared as requested and tastes good. Customers know what to expect here; it's not a 5-star restaurant, but the prices are good and consistent. Fries are often hot and fresh, and the overall experience remains reliable. However, some customers have experienced issues with orders being forgotten or taking a long time. It is also noted that a lot of interior space is dedicated to a noisy kids' play area, which could be better used for a more relaxing seating area away from the bathrooms.
