I came in to pick up an order and the employee with black and red dreads was absolutely so rude to me. Would NOT recommend coming here unless you want to be treated poorly when all you did was come in to pick up an order.

I called what time do you close 12 minutes okay what time do you close 11 minutes so do you close at 9:30 well yeah so rude I just couldn't believe that a fast food restaurant closed at 9:30 who the hell does that Domino's is open I understand if you close early not a holiday nowhere near it just don't be rude answer my question the first time

I placed a handful of orders from this place, I seriously dislike the fact that when I place an order in the app and I pay for it in the app, when I drive to the restaurant to pick it up they slap me with a receipt that has a line asking for a tip, a tip for what? Then when I call them out on it, my feedback on their website goes ignored. Several times since then they have screwed up my order quite badly, the last time that happened I took it back and thankfully they gave me my money back, I'm never buying another thing from this place again, apparently they wanted to drive me away, well, they got what they wanted, I don't understand why business owners do that because they still made a sale, but if they don't want my business, then that's fine, I'll take it somewhere else. I see enough bad reviews here that I would not be surprised if this place goes belly up.

Newsflash - the crust needs to be cooked until golden brown. Very disappointed. The pizza was in the box for us when we arrived for carry out, but it was really soggy and seemed like it needed to be cooked longer. Won't be back.

I love pizza hut pizza, and it was delicious. The only problem i have was the wait. We were the only ones dining in and it still took a long time for out food, and it was noon. But it was nice and fresh pizza

Service used to be really good here, we would get our food right on time as soon as they said it would be done but the last four or five times we’ve been here we have waited a good 15-30 minutes after the time it should be ready. It’s just ridiculous, I don’t think we will be back.

Good pizza, miserable service! We stood at the counter for at least minutes before we were waited on by the person behind the counter. Her attitude was like we were bothering her. It took her another 10 minutes to put the pizza in the box after it came out of the oven and then threw it on the counter.

My pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. It was ready when the app told me it would be and the staff were very friendly. I ordered takeout but the restaurant looked nice and clean.

Horrible experience with ordering a pizza!!!! Kaimi the store manager was the one who took my call after I was asked by a DoorDasher why I had an attitude!!!! He didn’t believe the pizza was for me but how else would I know he was there!!!! My pizza was also cold when I got it and when I called to try to talk to the manager. I was told that there was nothing that she could do for me because when the pizza left her store, it was hot. I filed a complaint with Pizza Hut, but will never go back to the store again!!!!!!!
