They have really high turnover. It's a different set of people working every week. Who ever you get, they will probably be on the first burrito they ever made in they're life. Judging by the portions I'm under the impression management administers severe lashings to the employees when they're caught serving more than a half scoop of meat. Not to worry though, they make up for it with 2 heaping scoops of aldente rice.

I am a regular customer, and i go in today to get my usual order of a brisket bowl, and now they are serving barely an ounce of brisket and to get a little extra is $3.75?! Their food is already extremely expensive and now they are jipping you on serving sizes just like chipotle! Extremely disappointing.

Young heavy Hispanic woman with lots of make up needs to be trained in customer service. No greeting, cold and rude. I've been coming here daily while I'm in town and everyone working has been decent. She is not, at all.
Normally we have great service and food, unfortunately tonight was not the case. The young female working did not have good customer service, she acted like we were a burden. Couldn't be bothered to say hello or smile. The rice was super under cooked and almost inedible. We will be back though because this really has never happened to us, fingers cross for a better experience next time.
