I’ve been a big fan of SJB since they opened, so it’s tough to say, but the recent changes in ownership have made a noticeable difference.

The quality of the food, coffee/lattes, and the service just isn’t what it used to be.
Unfortunately, the staff seems a bit off, and it’s not the welcoming, cozy spot it once was.

My family and I really miss the old SJB—it had such a great vibe and made every visit so feel special.

I’m hoping the new team can find a way to bring back that charm and quality that made this place a favorite for so many of us!

I’m not sure if I’ll be back for a while but I’m hoping to give it another try later down the road. Fingers crossed!

They are a little better than the average coffee shop in town as far as atmosphere goes. The coffee is equivalent to other coffee shops, much better than the major chains we have in town. Their food is pretty good, again average compared to the rest of the area

Great food! Great space! Great coffee! Great staff! I got the chicken pesto wrap and a latte.

Parking: Park behind the building and enter through the back door.

Great spot for a healthy lunch and good vibes. Very friendly staff.

Vegetarian options: The veggie panini was delish and they had tomato soup with no dairy 😍

New management has made the drinks sweeter. Try half sweet to bring out the coffee again.

Drinks and salads were delicious. It was one of the best chai lattes I've ever had. Price was fair, employees were nice. We'll be back!

This is a review for their place in the airport. I truly hope they pay their employees a living wage because charging $15.30 for a regular sized Gatorade and a personal sized hummus is absurd so I’m hopeful with that price the employee is getting paid. That is higher than any other airport I’ve been to this year. Just a warning.

Airport location charges $15.30 for a personal sized hummus and a regular sized Gatorade. And they don’t post prices anywhere. Buyer beware.

Whether on Main Street or at the airport, San Juan Coffeehouse never disappoints. I particularly love the coffee quality and friendly service. I am currently sitting at the airport, overhearing other travelers comment on how sweet the barista was, so I know I’m not alone on appreciating the kind smile and delicious treat!

Didn't have yerba mate, which is what I was really in the mood for. But their cold brew was very good, potent but not bitter at all.
