Even with lack of staff, they do a pretty good job. And who doesn't love a sweet treat.

I've been working for door dash for awhile now nd sonic has upgraded in a few employees the older crew jst plain suck for one Candace needs to be fired nd now shes a GM! Poor management guess they let anybody be run that store! I see a couple workers there that are always busting there ass off!! Dont knw his name but nice Mexican man with tattoo on his forehead! Always polite nd working 💪 hard he needs to be the one running the store ass for the car hoppers nd drive thru very rude not friendly at but I belive her name is Shay or Shelly new girl short latina girl very pretty she always is the one too greet me nd check me in! I had more then one pick up nd she helped me carry the food nd drinks to my vehicle...Now that's how employees are supposed too be! She needs to definitely get a promotion or a raise...get rid of Candace nd the other rude girls there definitely gna be loosing out on business with those workers being there! What sup with the tap to pay only sonic that don't have it CRAZY...VERY POOR MANAGEMENT GET IT TOGETHER

Montrose Colo, we have been there twice this month and both times the single hamburger has been saturated with watered down mayonnaise and mustard. It oozes out on your hands and clothes! Who wants this when they are driving.

They are false advertising their pretzel with cheese. Don’t tell you it doesn’t come with. It’s on the menu with a picture of the pretzel and cheese. Ridiculous and rude

This is my second time going to Sonic this week, and both visits were really disappointing. The first time (Monday), I waited over 20 minutes for my food, and when I finally got it, they forgot my hot dog which was part of my combo. I didn’t even have time to go back because I had to get to work and only had about 10 minutes left to eat.
I decided to give them another chance yesterday, but it was just as bad. I waited another 20 minutes for my order, and when I asked how much longer it would be, the staff just said, “It’ll be out in a minute” or “We’re still working on it.” The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and honestly, the whole experience was frustrating.
I won’t be coming back to this location again waiting that long for fast food and being treated like that isn’t worth it.

The food was awful, the breakfast burritos were swimming in a mixture of grease and cheese, there was so much cheese it was sticking to the roof of our mouths. The burger was so flattened it was paper thin and burned to a crisp. And the pickle fries were falling apart and just gross. Not to mention it took forever and the lady taking orders was smoking her vape pen between every customer and blowing it out the door for everyone to see.

I showed the general manager what I had received and instead of apologizing for such horrible food going out his window he accused me of wanting free food, even though I never even asked him for a refund or anything free. I just wanted to make him aware of what I had received. He was very disrespectful and for that I will not be back. I understand bad food but not a disrespectful staff, especially coming from the general manager. His concern was that I waited 3 weeks to show him what I had received.

The food was great but.....I got a gift card from a friend to use here, the order was higher than the card balance so I was hoping to be able to pay the difference with a cc in the app, nope doesn't work that way so the manager gracefully issued me a 2nd gift card for the difference, nope the app doesn't allow that either, so the manager ended up writing down the order and using both gift cards, then wanting to test the app, I ordered a lemonade and it seemed like it took forever to get to us, mind you we used the dine in area because of the issues we were having with the app, needless to say, I deleted the app and made this my 1st and last experience eating here. The overall experience just really sucked, never again!

I first tried a Breakfast burrito At This Sonic. It came w/Green Chilies..really yummy. Popped in to get it and was told they don't have anything like that, never did! Thanks for the "Twilight Zone" trip. No need to return. Saving money 💰

Sonic has the best corn dogs and has good hamburgers and shakes. Always have specials if you order on the app.
