It's so sad to see places like this go south. Not once not twoce but 3 times i have had to go inside after sitting in the drive thru and have my drink remade. I spent $10 A DAY at this location and they still can't get my drink right. I will be going to city market from now on. Seriously who do you have to sleep with for some freaking cinnamon powder? Such a joke.

Generally okay with this location. But I hate they ask me for my name. I don't give it and it never fails that they press me again for my name. I don't want to give my name to you. You dont need my name to make a coffee. If I was okay with giving you my name I would have given it the first time. Please stop pressing customers who don't give you their name to give it. Irritated I even have to say this

Went there today was told they don't have time to answer my question about buying a cup becuase they were busy I only asked if I could buy a Starbucks cup it's was rude unessasary and didn't make anything faster all it did was loose them my bussines my families bussiness and all my freinds bussines apparently there to busy to serve there customers so will all go to Dutch bros were there extra nice and want our money

Now I'm not usually one to complain or even leave reviews but I feel that this needs to be addressed. I went to this star bucks on 03/9/2025 around 5:20 and I had not only some of the worst and most rude customer service, the coffee was bad, and they used whip cream instead of the cold foam (yet charged us for the cold foam) I had asked for. Again I don't complain and I usually keep to myself but I paid 15 dollars for two medium drinks and the quality was definitely below average. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

The gay guy at Starbucks is so rude he don’t talk to you nice he don’t put the lids on right on the cups at Starbucks and he got our orders wrong for the 4 time and he used the same cup that a different drink was in.

Amazing customer service! They were slammed both in drive thru and in store.m but maintained the atmosphere well. I am highly appreciative of their hard work through those stressful busy times. I pulled up to the front of the drive thru and got my food right away just was waiting on a drink. They made the wrong one and gave me it for free as well as making the right one right away. The lady also just gave me my order for free as an apology for the delay. Very sweet ladies working that day who did well under pressure and given circumstances. A+ service!! I wish I got the ladies name at the window! Great food!
