The place was not clean. It used to be a clean place to sit and visit but the wall was dirty, the floor is dirty, bathroom had no toilet paper and was dirty. I won’t meet people there again till they clean their act. Too many other coffee shops that are nice.

A breve is an espresso-based coffee drink that uses steamed half-and-half instead of milk, resulting in a richer, creamier, and fluffier texture than a traditional latte. HERES THE DEFINITION OF A BREVE. Since the people that work here don’t know what that is and are argumentative and rude any time I try to order on here. Not sure what’s so hard or irritating about a flippin hazelnut breve with an extra shot but this Starbucks lost my business for this crap. Teach your employees how to do their jobs and not be jerks. I literally had two people get on the speaker to correct me rudely for trying to order a very common coffee drink.

The success of this establishment has nothing to do with quality of product or quality of service. Neither come even close to slightly acceptable. Their beans are among the worst in the world but the to them cheaper is better, too bad the massive savings aren't passed on to the public.Sadly only the results of a good marketing group with zero conscience.I will NEVER go to this establishment and firmly encourage everyone to avoid them.
