Sunrise Burritos

We had these burritos 3 years ago on a vacation and we still talk about them.

Great Burritos! From Denver and here to visit friends each year. Won’t be upset with the taste!

$12 chicken burrito. Small and not fresh…. Chipotle way better and burrito is twice as big.

Most of the time burritos are great. Once, the burrito had about a spoonful or less of ingredients I requested, and the tip of $3 was added before I even saw the total or provided payment. In other words the added tip was not my choice. I realized my burrito had minimal food in the tortilla while I was working and I was not able to return to their Montrose location. I debated to go back or forget it. Later, I remembered that it was offensive that I would request not to have sauce. So, I chose to let it go, but in time I became resentful.

Was passing through this town trying to find coffee and was wishing there was still a place serving breakfast burritos (most dont serve them after a certain hour or are out) saw this place at a stoplight and took a chance... the burrito was SOOOO GOOD! and the coffee was amazing too! If im in the area again I will definitely stop! 5 stars!

Not a fan of the breakfast burrito overall taste . Passing through gave it a try as not much else around. For the area, I guess prolly not terrible but I come from AZ and the burritos are no comparison. Lol. Friendly guy and great service. Also love it came wrapped in foil.

Fast, Fresh, and soo yummy!
I get the no meat, which has black beans, and potatoes. Their 'Half& Half' salsa combo is SO GOOD, and the crisp on the tortilla from the grill sets it off.
Only been to the Ridgway location once, and it seemed a littler smaller than usual, but I am going to ask for extra egg next time and see if it's a bit bigger.

Went to Sunshine Burrito for the first time this morning and wow! The chicken bacon burrito with cream cheese, sour cream and hot green chili is so good. I will absolutely be going back.

7/25/25 Burritos were good. Thought the experience was horrible. The girl received payment and walked away yelling we got stiffed. In what world does a person deserve a tip for handing me burritos. Does the employer not pay them to make burritos and hand them to customers? My wife and I both worked as servers in our youth and would have been fired with the way this entitled little girl acted. Yet another example of how out of control tipping culture has become. If you need an extra $3 to properly pay your employees, just raise the damn prices. They did nothing extra, why are we expected to pay extra?
