Aside from the occasionally cold chicken burrito it's a Taco John's. It's only as good as the people on duty. I apparently went at the wrong time is all and got the "fresh burrito". Chicken and cheese fresh out of the fridge lol

Today I was walking and I found a friend of mines belonging. I wanted to be able to give it back . So I had to carry it. It was very heavy. I also already had a backpack of my own. I wanted to just call for a ride. I don't have service on my phone. I needed to use the wifi to make the call. I was going to go in the restaurant after I made the call and order food. The manager of this taco John's came out of the side door. She told me to leave. No loitering was allowed. I tried to explain why and that I was intending to spend money at the location. She was very rude and yelled at me to leave. I ended up having to walk almost 3 miles because I couldn't simply make a call at this taco John's . I was going to spend money. On frankly poor food that taco John's provides. I was not causing a problem at all. I can't believe how this woman the manager treated me. She talked to me like I was garbage. When all I wanted was to make a phone call for a much needed ride home. I was going to spend money also at thos taco John's. I'm very upset that I was treated so awful.

Closed two hours early with no explanation posted. On another visit we got really rude service with a large order even though it was an hour and a half before closing. Like they were super put out having to make food…you know, their job.

We called to see when they served breakfast till because live outside of town they said 11am we drove a half hour in and got there at 10:56 am and they said they would not setve us breakfast. Very unprofessional and lazy. Will not bring our business there again.

I have two issues I would like to address. The first one is regarding the quality of my food today. I will say that the service was good, but my food was cold, and just didn't sit well. I am a kitchen manager at a major hospital and I am servsafe certified, and I am certain that the food I was I was served was not held at 140 degrees or higher, and was not made fresh. This is concerning food safety issue. Secondly, after telling my dad about it, he shared a troubling story with me that occurred over the Summer. The manager was completely rude to him after he inquired about pricing knowing what he ordered. He had to reverse his truck to check the items and price because the manager would not repeat his order back to him or discuss it professionally. She was immediately rude, refused him service (which, yes it their right), but then personally insulted him by asking if he treats his wife like that. My mother/his wife recently passed away, so her comment was not only extremely unprofessional but it was also insensitive and unnecessary. When my father reached out to the owner, who was equally rude, and never called my dad back after he said he would after talking to the manager. Customer service everywhere has gone downhill over the years and this establishment is a perfect example of how to run a disappointing business.
Food is good, but the drive thru took over 20 min to get our order. When we got home many things were either missing or wrong.

Friendly service and clean dining room. If you love crispy tater tots, then you'll love the ones they have here. However, I did not find the tacos all that exciting. Not that expected authentic Mexican food but I at least expected Taco Bell level. The shells are premade and similar to Taco Bell but the meat just seemed greasy and plain. Overall it filled the belly but I've certainly have better tacos elsewhere.
