Honestly, great flavor in the food. I had the Carne Asada Torta. Bread way great, fresh veggies, asada had good flavor as well. The only issue I had with the Torta was very little meat, I'm also not used to cheese on my Torta and the cheese completely overpowered the flavor of everything. Overall, I'm happy and will be back to try another item on the menue.

Quick service, clean and cool inside seating. Burrito and quesadilla portions are smaller so had to go back for more. 🌮 Birria cup needs to be wide and flat can't dip. Solid 3.5! $17$/person

We stopped by this food truck in Montrose on our way to Telluride as it was way past lunch time and we were hungry. What an amazing find! Everything on the menu is delicious. We loved the food so much that we stopped there again on our way back home four days later
