I am very disappointed with coffee trader, the customer service is so very poor that even my 8 year old son noticed. I was having an extremely awful day so I decided to get coffee for my 2 boys and I, we ordered 3 mocha mountains,we drove up to the window and paid, after I paid I saw 3 hot drinks sitting on the counter, I asked if the hot drinks were ours and the girl said yes, I apologized and said we would like it blended. She rolled her eyes and turned around to tell her co-worker,her co-worker replied “Well she didn’t specify”. Anytime you order a coffee isn’t it the barista’s responsibility to ask hot, iced or blended? It wasn’t even busy, there was one car behind me, I felt as though we were we just a big inconvenience to them, so I told them through the window that they can just keep the drinks I will go elsewhere. My son said after driving away “ Why were they being so rude”.
I went to 7 brew and they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome, as anyone working in customer service should. I have been told by many people that the customer service at coffee trader was horrible, I never experienced it until today, I have been going to coffee trader since I was in high school. Coffee trader has lost my business.
