We love The Root Juice Bar. Everything there is great and the acai bowls are made so well everytime and with such FRESH ingredients. The establishment is kept sparkling clean. Probably the best Juice bar we have ever been to. It is a MUST to stop into The Root anytime we are in Montrose.

Omg I'm so glad that The Root is available on Door Dash now. I never had good luck with Uber but now they are on dash and I'm so excited to utilize door dash and get my favorite bowls and smoothies delivered fast to wherever I'm at either at work at home 💗

Stopped by The Root Juice Bar in Montrose and had an amazing juice—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. You can really taste how thoughtfully everything is put together. Friendly vibe and a great spot to grab something healthy and delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

I suppose I’ll give it another try at some point in the future…? Only because the smoothie I got couldn’t possibly be the norm. I got the berry smoothie and the flavor was unbelievably bland. I’ve never had a smoothie (no matter how good or bad) that was as flavorless. Maybe they used a pile of fruit that was ready to be thrown out? More likely, too much almond milk and not enough fruit. I don’t know. I’m at a loss. But this was my first visit and this wasn’t a great first impression. When I do go back, it’ll either prove this visit the exception, or it will definitely be my last.

Love this place. Montrose is lucky to have the Root! Great staff, the best Açai bowls, and a clean dining area. I have tried bowls at big shops in GJ, Denver and Phoenix. None of them came close to the Root.

I’ve tried many acai/smoothie bowl places and none of them compare to the root. The service is always good, the building is always clean and cute, the prices are fair, and the bowls and smoothies are always refreshing and delicious. The fruit on top is always perfectly ripe and fresh. I’m obsessed.

Friendly staff, quick service for 4p.m. on a Tuesday. I had the Mountain bowl. It tasted very good and was filling at 12 oz. Price is comparable to other places, might even be a little less. If you do have the option of adding a protein scoop. I chose this versus cooking dinner for tonight.

Great spot for a healthy snack or meal. We were passing through town and I was craving a smoothie, really glad we found this place. The ambience inside is great (clean, bright, and hip music) and the prices are reasonable for what you are getting. Would definitely return!
