Poor management and customer service

Placed a walmart delivery order 3 hours in advance, never came. No call. No update. When I call the store they give me the run around or straight up don't answer. Poor customer service and management. Give me a refund for the service you advertise and don't provide.

What can you say about Walmart but the same thing as always? None of the employees talk to you and they don't offer to help unless you track one down. Then they seem bothered by you asking them a question!
